چکیده: 

مقدمه:بیشتر جوامع به بارداری و تولد اهمیت ویژه ای می دهند و بسته به زمینه و بستر زندگی شان، تصمیماتی به منظور تغییر رفتارهای خود در طی بارداری اتخاذ می نمایند.هدف: دست یابی به درک و تجربیات درونی مادران ایرانی در طی بارداری.روش: این مطالعه به روش کیفی و با رویکرد آنالیز محتوی در سال 1391 صورت گرفت. مشارکت کنندگان شامل 18 مادر با تجربه بارداری در شهر تهران بودند. نمونه گیری به صورت هدفمند بود. در نهایت، 28 مصاحبه با میانگین زمانی 50 دقیقه انجام شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها همزمان با گردآوری آن ها به طور مستمر و مقایسه ای صورت گرفت.یافته ها: دو مضمون اصلی در طی فرایند تحلیل پدیدار شد؛ که شامل «در آرزوی آینده روشن برای جنین» و «در آرزوی آینده روشن برای خود» می گردید. این مفاهیم حکایت از چشم انداز «آینده نگری» مادران برای خود و جنین داشت.نتیجه گیری: درک منابع ذهنی نگرانی مادران باردار ایرانی به شناخت صحیح از نیازهای واقعی آن ها می انجامد. این امر می تواند برنامه ریزی و مراقبت موثرتر توسط دست اندرکاران جامعه سلامت کشور را به دنبال داشته باشد.

چکیده: 

The doctrine that the content of the conclusion of a deductively valid argument is included in the content of its premises, taken jointly, is a familiar one. It has important consequences for the question of what value valid arguments possess, since it indicates the poverty of three traditional answers: that arguments may and should be used as instruments of persuasion, that they may and should be used as instruments of justification; and that they may and should be used to advance knowledge. The truth is, however, that in each of these cases the argument has only a managerial role and, if there is any work done, it is the premises that do it. It will be maintained that this point has little force against the critical rationalist answer, which I shall defend, that the principal purpose of deductive reasoning from an assemblage of premises is the exploration of their content, facilitating their criticism and rejection. That said, the main aim of the present paper is not to promote critical rationalism but to consider some published objections to the doctrine that a statement asserts every statement that is validly deducible from it. The alleged counterexamples to be considered fall roughly into two groups: statements that emerge with time from a rich mathematical or empirical theory, but were originally unformulated and are deducible from the theory only in a non-trivial way (Frederick 2011, 2014; Williamson 2012); and statements, notably disjunctions, that are easily formulated and are deducible from a theory in a trivial way (Schurz & Weingartner 1987; Mura 1990, 2008; Gemes 1994; Yablo 2014). Each of these counterexamples will be evaluated and dismissed.

Background and Aim: Discrimination in healthcare is one of the important challenges of health system managers in different countries so; discrimination is the main outcome of a lack of justice in health. Therefore, the whole exploring the discrimination in healthcare and determining effective policies is essential. This study was conducted to explore the experiences of health care providers of discrimination in healthcare. Materials and Methods: This qualitative content analysis study was conducted between 2019 and 2020. Data were collected through semistructured interviews with 16 participants include healthcare in one general and one private hospital in the city of Tehran. The participants were selected by purposive sampling, which continued until saturation of data. Data obtained were analyzed using Graneheim and Lundman's method. Findings: After analyzing the data, three main categories and seven subcategories emerged: 1. Organizational coercion (organizational procedures, Lack of manpower); 2. Moral negligence (Lack of attention to human values, Lack of knowledge of the principles of medical ethics); 3. Positive discrimination (Provide some facilities for the patient, Perform some additional services for the patient and Work history. ) Ethical Considerations: The present study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Tehran Welfare and Rehabilitation Sciences University with the code of ethics: IR. USWR. REC. 1398. 023. Conclusion: Based on the findings of the study, senior managers of the health system can review the organizational process of health care delivery and focus on increasing the level of awareness of health care providers such as physicians and nurses about the principles of medical ethics. Also, it is recommended that managers consider meritocracy policies as one of their decision criteria.

Background: Being a nurse is more than just a series of business activities and skills. In fact, it is a part of the process of socialization, which is internalization and development of professional identity. Professional socialization is necessary for involving the students in professional practices. Thus, the purpose of this qualitative research was to increase the understanding of professional socialization in nursing and explore the related factors from the perspective of registered nurses and nursing students.Materials and Methods: In this qualitative design, data were collected on 43 nurses with a variety of experiences using semi-structured interviews and focus groups in the Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2012. Data were analyzed through inductive content analysis.Results: The data analysis revealed two main categories: (1) sense of belonging with three sub-categories of theory-practice incongruence, educational experiences and tacit knowledge and (2) forming professional identity consisting of three sub-categories of relatedness, internal motivation and role model.Conclusions: This study demonstrates that in nursing, sense of belonging and professional identity contributes to professional socialization; it is suggested that these factors, which improve socialization in nurses, be taken into account by authorities.
